Safety Philiosophy

At H. W. Butler & Associates, we consider the health and safety of our employees and protection to the environment to be of primary importance.  H. W. Butler & Associates supports the philosophy that all accidents and injuries are preventable through establishment of and compliance with safe work procedures.  Our company policies and programs have been developed to reflect a proactive approach to health and safety through continuous improvement processes and involvement of our employees.  H. W. Butler & Associates believes that success with workplace safety programs requires a shared responsibility and total commitment from all employees within our firm.  We conduct employee training in support of this belief in addition to improving awareness and developing safe behaviors within our workforce.  Our primary focus is directed on maintaining a drug free work place with proactive safety programs that foster an injury and incident free environment. We have built a Behavior Based safety program to meet the needs of our company and the pipeline industry. We currently use a outsource company for our OQ’s – Energy U. At H.W. Butler & Associates safety is a daily part of our jobs and your job.
